The Fuentes Cafe Downtown menu is an excellent display of what West Texans love to eat. It is food that is just plain good, anytime of the day - with colleagues or co-workers, with friends, with family, with just about anyone.

From our World Famous Fajitas, to our classic Chicken Fried Steak, we maintain the traditions that the great cooks from which we learned taught us. These classics will never change.

However, we also know that our customers, like us, are growing as diners and eat for pleasure as much as sustenance. We are always looking to introduce the foods that we enjoy to our friends in the restaurant and begin new traditions.
